Quantum Professional Search was founded in 1984 and provides quality professional recruitment services for sales, support, management, and executive professionals.

Our Professional Search business is comprised of two groups: Our Technology Group places sales, presales, and management personnel with enterprise software vendors. Our Industrial group places sales and management personnel in pulp/paper, manufacturing, and consumer companies.
Our Staffing Solutions business provides a full array of employment services to companies with offices in the Chicago area. We consult clients in solutions that provide, permanent, temp-hire, temporary placement, and payrolling. Our primary focus is front and back office administrative positions which include all office support personnel, customer service, data entry, light accounting, and other related positions.
