Quantum Staffing Solutions is a “blended service” employment staffing business that provides a fresh approach to a mature industry.  We’ve abandoned traditional models which strictly focus on delivering a “warm body” to our clients.  Instead, each account is supported by highly trained business professional who spends time understanding the clients staffing strategy, culture, goals, and objectives.  We become a trusted adviser, often assisting with recommendations to our clients to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

We provide personnel acquisition services for permanent hire, temp-hire, conversion and temporary positions.  We also provide ancillary employment services such as payrolling, technical skill assessment.  Through our sister companies, we can also offer access to our  Quantum Performance Solutions workplace personality and skill analysis, offering unique perspective into your team’s dynamics.

Core competencies in this group are in front and back office administrative positions which include all office support personnel, customer service, data entry, light accounting, and other related positions.
