Temporary Assignment - Many of our clients are looking to bring in quality employees but often have seasonal or project based assignments that won’t require a long term permanent hire. Quantum applies a quality-of-service solution to what is often considered a very tactical, commodity approach. We believe our clients are looking for qualified and quality personnel, even if the work will be very short term.
Temp to Hire - We offer a program where our clients can enjoy the benefits and value of having quality temporary employees with the option of converting them to full time status. The strategic benefits range from accommodating temporal budget constraints to getting a feel for a candidates qualifications for more skilled assignments.
Direct Hire - Our consultants are trained in the complexities of managing a strategic search process. The direct hire search process differs substantially from temporary and temp-hire projects. Understanding that the companies investment and allocated resources are much higher in a direct hire, we pay particular attention to garnering position detail and developing a presentation portfolio to help attract the best candidates. We also leverage our resources and experience in recruiting to find particularly hard to find candidates that you won’t find on job boards.
